When carrying a pregnancy is not possible, gestational surrogacy offers a path to parenthood — handled ethically, legally and with complete support at every step.

In gestational surrogacy, an embryo created through IVF using the intended parents' or donor eggs or donor sperm is carried by another woman, the gestational surrogate. She carries and delivers the baby but has no genetic relationship to the child.
Surrogacy is considered when a woman cannot carry a pregnancy herself — for example after hysterectomy, with a severe uterine problem, or where pregnancy would be medically dangerous. In India it is governed by the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, and we support intended parents through the entire medical and legal process.
