An emerging therapy that uses your own platelet-rich plasma to try to reactivate ovarian activity — offered selectively, with honest expectations, for low reserve or early menopause.

Ovarian rejuvenation is an emerging technique that aims to reactivate the ovaries in women with a very low reserve or early menopause. The commonest method injects platelet-rich plasma (PRP) — concentrated growth factors from the woman's own blood — into the ovaries.
The goal is to encourage dormant follicles to develop, potentially improving hormone levels and the chance of obtaining eggs. The evidence is still developing, so we offer it transparently in selected cases, alongside — not instead of — proven fertility treatment.

Results are inconsistent and the evidence is still developing. Some women show a response; some do not. We are honest about this before you decide.
PRP uses your own blood, so there is no rejection risk, and the procedure is minimally invasive with only minor side-effects.
Mainly women with very low reserve, early menopause or repeated poor IVF response who wish to explore own-egg options before donor eggs.
No. It is an adjunct that may be tried first; IVF and donor eggs remain the more reliable routes and are kept openly in the plan.
