We assess the number and quality of eggs recovered, and whether a different protocol — long, short, microdose flare, minimum-stimulation, or dual stimulation 'DuoStim' — may suit you better.

Where fertilisation was poor, sperm DNA fragmentation testing, PICSI and Spindle View ICSI help identify and address the cause.

Embryo selection
Blastocyst culture shows which embryos are genuinely strong, while PGT screens for the genetic abnormalities common even in good-looking embryos.

Uterine evaluation
Hysteroscopy checks the uterine cavity and endometrium, CD-138 & PCR based testing identifies uterine infections, and embryo glue may be used at transfer to support implantation.

Blood tests for thrombophilia, ANA testing and chromosomal analysis of both partners complete the picture before the next plan is made.

Depending on the findings, Bavishi Fertility Institute may use Spindle View ICSI, PICSI and Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT), along with blastocyst culture for better embryo selection.
