The Times Healthcare Leaders Awards follow a rigorous two-phase evaluation process involving:

1. A detailed self-nomination, assessing performance between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
    
2. Judging based on:

   • Inspiration in service delivery;
   • Demonstrable impact on patient outcomes;
   • Leadership, ethics, and industry influence. 

Entries undergo expert tabulation, two-tiered judging by impartial professionals, and a final shortlist before winners are determined—all to ensure fairness, confidentiality, and excellence
